Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure the highest quality of our products. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please note the following terms for exchanges:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are only applicable for products that arrive damaged.
  • Regular wear and tear, incorrect usage, or dissatisfaction without physical damage are not covered under this policy.

Proof of Damage:

To claim an exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video that shows:

  • The package in its sealed condition before opening.
  • The process of unboxing.
  • The damaged product and its defect.

Timeframe for Claim:

  • The exchange request, along with the required unboxing video, must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

How to Submit a Claim:

  • Include your order details, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video.

Note: Claims without an unboxing video or submitted outside the specified timeframe will not be eligible for exchange.
